About Our Coach

Coach Eddie has the utmost passion for health and fitness. With years of sports experience growing up to changing the lives of many individuals through coaching, our trainer has an extensive background in the fitness industry to help achieve any goal. 

Eddie has been helping clients from the Southwest with their fitness and health since 2015. As a fully qualified and accredited Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, he firmly believes in the positive benefits fitness brings to all areas of our lives.

In addition to fitness and bodybuilding, Coach G. has 20+ years of baseball experience. He was an All-State Baseball candidate. Following high school, he attended Otero Jr. College for one season. He then transferred to Luna Community College and had an excellent season which allowed him to transfer to a Division 1 program, the University of Houston. After a great junior and senior season, he then signed as a free agent to the Oakland A's organization, making it to Single A. He has always had a passion for wanting to coach baseball, as he came from a family of coaches.

In 2023, Coach G. was hired as the Head Coach for JV Baseball at Volcano Vista High School in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He took on the team with an 0-2 record and ended the season 13-7, while also becoming District 1-5A Champions with a 7-1 record in District play. His coaching season further inspired his passion for coaching and training student athletes. In 2024, Coach G. led the JV Volcano Vista Hawks to another winning season of 10-9, 5-3 in district play ending up district 1-5A runner up.
