I joined Run It Fitness after having two babies in the past 3½ years, and was postpartum 1 year with my second child. I was at the largest I had ever been. I was (and still am) breastfeeding and didn’t realize how much I wasn’t properly fueling my body, which made weight loss and overall health feel overwhelming and impossible. Janae completely changed that for me. She customized my meal plans every two weeks and tailored my workouts to fit my life, making it possible for me to finally take care of myself while still being fully present and committed to my two little ones. The process felt manageable, supportive, and realistic—not restrictive or stressful. There were plenty of moments with zero motivation, and even periods of injury where I couldn’t do any cardio for months—but I still saw results. That alone speaks volumes about her knowledge, guidance, and the power of consistency. I’m incredibly grateful that Janae cared enough to push me to start when I couldn’t push myself. I love her so much, and I truly believe in what she does. Run It Fitness is living proof of how amazing consistency can be—and how life-changing the right coach can be.
